14-day, no-questions-asked refund. If the ChatGPT Playbook doesn't help you, email us and we'll issue a full refund. No forms, no justification needed.

How to request a refund

Email support@howto-playbooks.com with your order number (it's in the receipt you received at purchase) within 14 days of your purchase date. You don't need to explain why. We'll forward the refund to Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record, and you'll see the credit on your card within 5-10 business days.

Who actually processes the refund

Purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy (Atlar Inc., d/b/a Lemon Squeezy), which acts as the Merchant of Record. Lemon Squeezy issues the refund to the original payment method. See Lemon Squeezy's refund process for technical details.

Why we offer this

The ChatGPT Playbook is a digital product — you can't try it before buying. A clean refund window removes that risk. If the content doesn't earn its $19 in the first read-through, we'd rather give your money back than have you feel stuck.

Edge cases

Past the 14-day window: Email us anyway. If you have a legitimate reason — a defect, a charge you don't recognize, an honest mistake — we'll look at it case-by-case.

Chargebacks: Please email us first before initiating a chargeback. Chargebacks cost us substantially more than the refund itself, and we'd much rather just refund you directly.
