How to build your answer: Pick one real lesson, not a philosophy. Name the objective everyone is working toward, then describe what you changed for three specific learners, using the standard categories: content (what they access), process (how they get there), or product (how they show it). Keep the standard the same for all three; only the path or depth changes. End with how you know it worked, a piece of data or student work, not a feeling.
Example: "In a fractions unit, every student worked toward the same standard: comparing fractions with unlike denominators. A student reading below grade level used fraction bars and a visual anchor chart instead of a word-problem-heavy worksheet, same content, different process. My two students with IEPs for math had the problem set reduced from twelve items to eight, at the same rigor, per their accommodations. My advanced group extended into comparing fractions to decimals and justifying their reasoning in writing. I checked understanding with the same exit ticket for everyone, just scaffolded differently, and used those results to regroup the next day."
